Use 'Filter>Distort>Shear' then 'Edit>Transform>Rotate' in photoshop to wrap it round the care bears stomach. Was bored - here's one I made fo' ya:  Was a 'colour-in' pic of a carebear, added your flag and sun and clouds and colour and shiat... PS. This symbol is presented as a symbol of southern heritage as appropriate for Mr Impe - NOT as a racist symbol. And better size for a sig:
