3-0 down, it was like WOW. Then Liverpool rallied, a few lucky decisions and it was 3-3. Crazyness. Then it went down to penalties. Dudek, doing his mighty ape impressions in goal was a laugh and a half, nice technique it was too. Then WOW, they win on penalties, I was so happy. Even though I'm more of an Arsenal man myself. My Italian Gran is sad

Dude I could smell Liverpool's victory from Canada. They were bound to win this one. Do not underestimate the english people's capacity to play soccer. I wish the Maroccan team was better though. Well as long as mArocco beats Algeria thats cool (the 2 countries have always been in rivalery). |

omg, that was a heart attack match. during break time i was convinced that milan would score at least two more times. but then liverpool scored 3 times (!!!) in 6 minutes. And then the penalties... great match. |

Nope the team has to finish atleast 4th in the premiership to qualify and Liverpool didn't this year. |

I know that, but there was a rule that stated that the cup winner gets to go in the groups of the next cl regardless of their championship situation. kinda like the world cup. well then, it seems that that has changed. |
