Well, thanks alot for all the info everyone, much appreciated. The way you all describe it, would it take me way too long to get to even 60% in blacksmithy?

ha ha ha, lol, i use the legal ingame macro for this, i only have to click a few times, instead of clicking 100 times! it saves me about 3 clicks per dagger, the rest i have to click on )':
