but more and more ppl i know left cuz gm not helpful now i dont say gm here sucks but the problem of this shard is gms allwys were and allwys be i dont realy care i play cuz of ppl not cuz of gms but still from time to time i need gm help too and most of the time i see just consy that say i cant help u look for gm or that i dont find any1 the pproblem might be that we have small number of gms or just some they dont play much and dont care :S just a min ago get killed by hank first real pk i got and realy diodnt even care it was nice i wish more ppl like him would pk and not just ass and he say he leave cuz of gm never help :S he aint the first or second man tall me that there were much more ppl that left cuz of this just too bad to lose nice ppl cuz of problem like that |

He is right! some staff members are not listening to the players, and are jailing people without a explaination from the player himself! also i think a staff members must shut his mouth and not give hatefull language to me or a other player when he dont like a obs player, and that counsie who is doing this knows what i mean!!!! Rules of conduct rule nr4 ***4. Absolutely no comments that aren't politically correct. As in, you may not use any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable language toward any other player or staff member. That means no using Jew, (Racist words are not tolerated here. Consider this a first and final warning)., Polluck, or any other slur, in ANY form.*** oh and please give some fair events for the Cove players, iam sure they will apriciate it! |

I agree that there are very few gms online most of the time but well, that's always been an issue on this shard. Counselors are no help because they always ask you to talk to a gm, they're always unable to fix the problem themselves because they just don't have the ability, not their fault. Only thing their good for is occasional entertainment with monster bashes and such. Lately though, there has been a few gms on that I've seen which is a rare thing. Sonne, Eudaimonia, Jorus and I saw Exodus as well the other day, so I don't know why people complain about unanswered pages either. What I've heard though is that a lot of pages are just completely stupid and off the point. Pages like "gm help" or "i need a gm" are usually ignored, I've heard. Its been said and repeated that pages must be specific otherwise, your pretty much screwed. I mean if I were a gm I'd ignore the shits just because people don't listen. And if you did page correctly then it was just some bad luck that you didn't catch a gm on at the time, because I'm sure that if there was one, they'd have answered. But yeah, few gms has always been an issue brought up many times before, we deal with it. |

I totaly agree with Venus posts. she said alot of good things. Thx. shes a smart girl. I play around 2-4 hours everyday, Im going up 5am every morning going to work. coming home 5 pm. Logging on around 6 pm and then go to sleep again 10-11 pm all this GMT+1 time. And Hydro cover the american time zone pretty good. Eudaimonia is online alot but shes is more of an quest master, not trained to answer pages, only make quests. Even Jorus is online alot but he is invisible 98% of the time. You know. We aren't 15 years anymore and got all time in the world to sit infront of the computers playing games. Must of us got full time jobs. hrmf Most of the GM's are actually invisible most of the times, becouse if ppl sees a GM on the server status they page for all kind of things like "any events planned?" "Plz hold and event" etc etc And the page thing is true. 80% of the pages says "Gm help!!!" or "ress me!" or "help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" or "i got ress killed" (and when you come there they got no proof and you still wanna help them as much as you can, so you need to argue with 2-3 players for about an hour every time to try solve the problem) I dont know how many times it has been said "plz be specific when you page or the page wont be answered". And it even says when you are about to page "Only page if you got SERIOUS problems" We try to help out as much as we can all of us, but you know. It cant be a GM online 24/7. And we cant help out with stuffs like "I lost stats" if you dont have proofs that you really did loose stats due to a bug. |

I know alot of the spam Requests GM's get about such crap like: "help me i just got Pk'd in cove" or "i was at event and died and got looted HELP ME!" Can actually be attributed to the cause of the problem, and that is specific players blatantly abusing the rules. Ill give another classic example of the above Kaine.... Now to players i dont need to say any more we all know he is an ass, he does not contribute to the game, he has no regard for fellow players or GM's all he does is abuse the system repeatedly and gets off with it. Now plz dont go saying you dont have proof of his actions, ive personally petitioned about him no less than 7 or 8 times including Screen Prints of him Pking in cove or Ninja looting at an event. I also know of several other players who have petitioned about him. And what happens? He gets put in jail for an hour then comes out and continues as he has done. GM's need to take more firm action against such players which will in turn reduce the number of spam Petitions. I know this is not a magical cure but have you considered a 3 strike rule? Strike 1 Player has blatantly broken the rules, jail time 1 hour and the player is warned if he breaks the rules again within 2weeks of the initial Strike he will go to strike 2 Strike 2 Player has broken the rules again after been given an official warning, player is jailed for 24hours and warned if he breaks the rules again within 2 weeks of strike 2 the player moves to strike 3 Strike 3 Player has repeatedly broken the rules or has broken the rules in one specific action that is so heinous that it warrants a direct move to strike 3. Player is jailed until further notice he is also stripped of 10points from all stats also his money is reset to 0. If the player commits any other breaking in the rules within 2weeks of the strike 3 the player account is banned. This is all off the top of my head but it's a system i used when i was a Guild Leader and GM on EQ and it worked, it needs some working on but at least it gives clear guidance on ACTION and CONSEQUENCES. feel free to call it bollox |

lol, i have jailed Kaine quite a few times. Last time i jailed him it was for 24 hours. Yes he abuse the system alot. And yes, if he doesn't stop he will finaly get banned. |
