I wanna see what ppls necromacy is at, took me 4 staeright hours to get it up .5%

Please be honest, I wanna know, because the skill is so hard to raise.

All i can say is that for the people who have maxed theirs (one said it took them 3 weeks). Its like an hour per .1% so that means it takes around 2.976 weeks to raise it with CONTINUOUS casting. isn't that a little extreme? =)

i gained up to 3% a day

I'm with Thorin. One week of solid necro training and I'm at 53.9. It's not uncommon to go 4 hours without a skill gain. I hate to admit that, but, yes, I've mindlessly tapped in-game macros and clicked spells for many hours on end, and can't get a point a day. If I spend less than six hours a day, I'm VERY content with three levelups, and not a bit surprised if I only get one. It could go twice as fast and still be painfully slow. I only hope that the spells once I get higher up will justify the mind numbing repetition of casting that damn light spell.

necro needs a damagiong low lvl spell. like on 50, a spell as powerful as lightning

Its not so bad cos you get 50 magery with the starting necro, no necro is exactly stuck at the start..

Not stuck, but you have to spend (at a minimum) weeks just casting light to improve your skill to a level that makes it even remotely useful, instead of using your necro to hunt or participate in quests. If magery skills would contribute to necro gain, then this wouldn't be a problem, but that wouldn't make much sense now, would it?

would be unbalanced. if its unbalanced you dont even ask the question does it make sense
