As i understand it, the higher your skill in poisoning, the less time it takes for your first tick of damage to trigger after poison application. I think we should take this feature out of poisoning and apply it to Taste Identification, OR receive benefit from both skills, to the point where characters at GM taste ID (& Poisoning?) would trigger poison damage instantly after a successful poison attempt.
every 33.0 skill in taste ID adds +1 to poison damage per tick
