Is there any way to do this? In Lord of the Rings Online you can. Basically... 1. If your house decays, you can pay like 1/4 the value of the house to refresh it. 2. Every month you miss it, this fee doubles. 3. After 2 years, the house is automatically wiped. |

2 years is a bit long IF the server is active, but id say thats good for the way it is today. And yes it's possible, anything is possible really, as long as someone scripts it (which in this case is super easy). |

How about remove the decayed thingy? Or at least link it to account activity? If I log on my house is refreshed, if not, then no, but lets say log on every 6 months instead of a year... For now it makes sense, since nobody is playin |

i mean i dont play. but if no one plays what is the issue with house spacing? sounds like you just want dibs on some exclusive land or something lmao. other wise , what else is this idea helping or hurting? you know? |

im pretty sure i was reading somewhere on forums that echo was refreshing houses for free since he hasnt been on in a while im assuming he hasnt done mass refreash yet just maybe a few houses EDIT: Just checked my house it was refreshed today. I guess Echo or Bob was on. Just page and it should be fixed |
