Is it really necessary for animals to remember you a month after you tame them? You wander around the map trying to tame and once you have covered a big area you have to do the whole map just to find 1 or 2 you didn't tame. Also what purpose does it serve to have a delay on taming animals other than to make it even more annoying to train?

so you can't tame, release, tame, release, tame, release, tame, release, tame etc. Name it something different when you tame it. that will solve your problem of not knowing if you tamed it.

ok, that's my two cents. if you want more, it'll cost more

Uuuuhmmm no that's not it. You tame some animals in a certain section then go back 2 weeks later and they ALL remember you so you can't train. So eventually you have animals all over the map that remember you and you can't train. That's just awesome!!!!! I'm not saying they shouldn't remember you, there is just no reason why it should last so long.

Yes, that is it. You have 30 days before an animal doesn't remember you. Once you tame an animal, it's taken off the spawn count, and another replaces it, just like if you kill it. At least that's how it looks from my end. Especially when i tame an animal, and 4 seconds later one just appears standing next to me. I will reiterate. RENAME YOUR ANIMALS!!! Then you won't waste your time retaming them. Or better yet, kill them. Then they don't have to be monitored by the shard. I remember people used to get so mad at me for taming a shload of animals and sticking them in a building. Or bring them thru the gate into town to be decimated by players. Damn, that's a horrible idea. Don't bring em thru the gate. Don't rename them. Spend your time on here complaining about it so i can do more on the shard while you're on here. Thanx for making my shard time more rewarding cuz you'd rather complain about it here.

On the note that they ALL remember you. If you tamed it, yes it does. If you didn't, how could it? I have NEVER run into an animal i have already tamed in the wild. And well, i tame a fair amount of animals.

Well my son has been taming quite a bit as well, and when you tame in a certain area and then come back later on you are lucky to find 1 or 2 animals that have respawned there all the rest remember you. So i don't know where you are taming where you have never run into animals that remember you but that must be the best spot on the map. And secndly why the hell should we have to take the time to kill them when we can just change the timer because it serves no purpose anyway. The reason for the long timer is because people used to put grizzlies in static housing and then come back daily to tame them. Which would be useless now anyway because grizzlies tame way easier now so it wouldn't be worth the time.
