difficulty to make a plain dress is around 36 somewhere, and a fancy dress is around 13 diff......
would think fancy would be around 60-70, since fancy dresses are a more rare thing for ppl to have...

I also noticed that you can't make tunic's with tailoring anymore, what is with that?
