I think when you fail to heal, it shouldn't set your damn timer as it would if you didn't fail, I have to wait around 15 seconds when I fail on my mage just to heal again...

I think it should be like meditation, a smaller timer for failing.

thats odd for me my heal timer usualy is like 12 seconds but if i fail only resets to 5 seconds.
