So yeh I got court tomorrow at 8:30 in the morning, I was on probation for public intox then I broke probation and shoplifted and got caught out of the 200 times I never got caught... So yeh I don't know what's going to happen! Pleading no contest and basically going to have to beg the judge not to send me to jail! So if I do not post at all on here tomorrow...then I'm in jail! But I doubt I'll go to jail so there's no point in posting this...just in case though

Chances are you'll get a fine and a slap on the hand if you don't have a lengthy record. If you're underage, I don't know how those courts work. I never got caught as a minor. Depends on the judge and if he's a dick or not. |

nah i was nervous for nuthin, she was cool I walked up, said no contest, she said "blah blah blah if you comply with the what the state asked you to do blah blah blah 549 fine blah blah". So yeh she didn't say anything about me breaking my public intox probation so I didn't bring it up ALL IS GOOD IN THE LIFE OF APOC! yay!

yay! good news  lucky your not here lmao. cuz they would have kept u in jail until court + voilated ur probation glad u got off tho  (kinda 549 is alot to pay for 1 fun night w/ less then 549$ worth of alcohol)
