What's the hold up? Can we have BB install logmein and allow staff to get in there and reset it...that is if the internet connection/computer isn't off. That would enable us to circumvent this whole process of waiting.

these are the times that bug me most. i can deal with most of the bugs and not getting pages or pms back for ages, but the owner not having the time to fix the shard being down, the once a year that it happens, bugs the hell outta me. and if its not an easy fix? then the time at least to log on forums and say so.

It is a easy fix, I'm pretty damn sure if he wanted to he could setup something to where he could use his phone to turn on the computer, then have the computer automatically open sphere, but he's to busy in "life" to simply push a button.

like sending a text to your computer...im sure an intelligent programmer could design something to recieve texts and turn on his computer, or something of the sort!
