Ok so, since we need new recruiting and new stuff to be put in the top 100's sites, I asked our dear friend Eggman to make us gently a Banner....and there it is:

Great stuff  yep that's perfect. The original competition I ran unfortunately didn't get enough entries to really make it viable. Eggman's entry looks perfect to me; if I remember correctly BoB or BB wanted the shard URL on there tho, so I may add that to it. Thanks!
