How about a public chat that works just like guild/party chat, but where all players can read it, obviously with high spam restrictions. |

Yeah not going to happen anytime soon. Ingame chat (even the group chat) reduces talk ingame. Obsidian without talking would be a very sad thing. (Unless Raptor's talking, in which case no talking is a very good thing) |
