To everyone that still plays, when is the time that everyone has the chance to play?

i'm trying to set up a meeting day for everyone who actively still plays, let everyone see who is still around.

any suggestions on a day? i was thinking like after Christmas.

it would be good to see one time where there is a good ammount of players on at once
