i cant rez my self -1 all stats that is from very long time

All stats (str/int/dex) need to be greater than 15 to use the -1 all stats option to resurrect. It will give you a message on the lower left hand of the screen if your stats are too low or you are not allowed to resurrect in an area.

Not really i had all my stats and couldnt use it so idk what the prob was or is.
