Couple comments/questions: a) Why did you trade him the items without him showing you the white staff? b) Holy crap you were buying it for that much!?! 3) Just shows you that BM pretty much sucks at this game since the upgrade and is pretty much a dick now. Hopefully this gets solved because I believe this should be taken to court and the money & regs be given back. |

HAHA but that stick was illegally obtained through a blocked area years ago by BM by gating me n looting my corpse...So technically that stick belongs to me  too bad staff did nothing about it back then and when i go check the area where i was looted you can't have any access there i wonder why? I demand my stick returned to me the rightful owner. Also all monies returned to Sirath. O wells Im over the Stick n I try to tell everyone BM will backstab anyone in a heartbeat if it suits his interests in acquiring anything good.

Never said you broke a rule BM, just think its pretty gay for a player like you to do that. Also, it was rather dumb of Albert to trade you the items without actually seeing the staff. Still think some compensation should be settled for this misshapen. |

While what was done was EXTREMELY Gay, I don't see how a rule persay was broken. There is no anti-scaming trade rule in Obsidian's rules list. In fact if something like this was done in any other MMO it really would be looked over as "sorry buddy, don't be stupid next time". Personally, I'd say you all put this guy on your #1 shit list, make him kill on site for all players. The only thing I'd probably do as a GM if I were still active (got pinged on this offer my point of view on it) is seriously negative adjustment his Karma and probably give him a bunch of fame too (because I mean he's a famous scammer now right?). What he did was a pretty dick thing to do and should pay and not being able to go into town with that toon for a very long time is a nice way to say "thanks" for being a dick. EDIT: Not familiar with the Obsidian Court thing. Very cool idea. Should be definitely something resolved "in court". I'm sure the jury will side with the person(s) who got scammed. Big props to whoever's idea was to impliment this court system. Pretty kick ass. |

this things of trade should be in the buying and selling section.. but untill u trusted him in-game and he didnt give u it.. its not illegal |
