when someone kill you a menu open that you choice if killer get 1 kill or not. (Report as murderer) or (Forgive)

BUT!
Imagine being killed and you are trying to deal with that...rez or w/e and a popup screen appears and stops you from doing anything until you accept a choice or remove the screen from view. Would suck lol.
A solution for this would be for once a player kills you a killreport timer is applied for 600 seconds. During this timer you can enter the command '.reportmurder' and then the murder count would apply. Once you report it, the timer is removed and you cannot report it anymore. If you die again soon after and you have not reported it, the old timer is erased and a new one is applied. The reportmurder would only work on the most recent kill. I would suggest something to help avoid rez kill abuse here though: Have it so that if you kill someone within 120 seconds of killing him previously, you automatically gain a kill for the first one. If you kill him again within 120 seconds of the second murder, you get a kill for the second one while the timer is applied for the third kill.

can u make a kill decay every hour of continuous play atleast please...man its bs most of my necro kills came hours after i attack someone..while im logged... on another char...

Why not make kills made by warring guilds not count accept when it is in town? Would give people more of an incentive to fight out of guarded areas and cut down on unnecessary kill counts.

There is already a screen that pops up, remain undead, revive, or -1. How would it harm to have report murder in there, and you can click it, or just close it and nothing happen?

how about a ".forgive" and the last person to kill you gets the kill removed if you use it
that way you dont have to do alot of changing around to the really weird kill system we have and it doesnt have to affect your playing, you just type when you get a chance, not like its that hard to type that much anyway
i think thats pretty simple and not really abusable
