If you have higher STR do you have a higher chance to hit with melee?(+dex > hit chance with bow?)

Where is the poisoning trainer that trains you to 30 poisoning? (will pay for awnser)

Str and dex has nothing to do with the chance to hit.

Also, dex increases your attack speed up to 100. and past that your healing

Str increases your healt (duh )
