using Arms lore on these bows gives you a different atk value each time you use the skill on the same bow i tested and got 26,19,23,25. not sure how the same bow can shift attack values...

It wont change...but your perception on what atk the bow has does.

The only way to know is to have a Gm archer hold it. I can do that for you on Dracula. I may buy it if it is for sale too.

Arms lore gives an approximation, the higher your skill, the less it shifts.
