I realize that this bug has been moved to the closed section but I did find a guard with green hair today 7/14/2010 wandering around vesper. and on the bridge just north of him one with pink hair... |

after a review of the guards in vesper it seems many of them have pretty bright or pastel colored hair but this guy wins.... |
