I think There should be a power hour. The power hour being set for 1 hour, or maybe a skill gain cap, where skill gains are increased by an appropriate amount. Maybe increase it by 50% or have gains at twice the gain rate for that hour. I appreciate the difficulty in skill gains but i dont think this is too radical. Not only would this encourage new characters but would motivate players to put in atleast an hour.

I have a suspicion there is power hour,iv always though that cause the first hour iv played iv seemd to gain faster then regular!!anyone else noticed this?
anyway..if there isnt any it would be a very nice idea!

Sorry... and then I get bashed for my suggestions? LOL c'mon, power hour really? Skill gains need to be adjusted. period. at all hours.

skill gains are already way easier then they were a few years ago.

We already had this suggestion and it was probably turned down do we really have to bring out the same suggestions every month r so until they are implemented?

power hour is already implemented... but WHEN and HOW its implemented is up to you guys to find out....

all i have to say is read... dont be to old and almighty to read things through.

id say a noob has a higher chance of knowing when it is tho
