Well ive noticed that someone has been farming every boss every day. I was wondering if the spawners can be random so that the person who killed it last, cant just come by in another 14-18 hours and kill it again.

They are randomized, average time is 18 hours, actual time is between 14 and 24.
Some people are just more dilligent about hunting them.

Also keep in mind that the spawn timer does NOT start when the monster dies.
So if you kill a monster on a 2 day spawn, if you killed it a day and a half after it spawned it would respawn in 12 hours.
