 Post subject: Rubberbanding

When any of my characters run for a little bit they start rubberbanding. By this I mean they keep going ahead one pace and back one repeatedly and only go forward once without going back 1 in 5 times or so. Once I stop running and walk a bit I can try running again but it starts doing it again shortly after.

I haven't had RB'ing, but I have had instances from home and work where I'll just freeze for a bit, and about the time I think about re-logging it frees up.
