Im in North Jhelom (1146,3619) marking a rune, once its marked its red which normally means out of town (blue in town) yet im in a town? Could this be looked at to see if it should be a town? |

After investigating, I found the entire region of North Jhelom is now identified as a non-town, unguarded region. North Jhelom used to have a guarded town region around the settlement and a non-town, unguarded region outside of the settlement. |
