but dude u have 60% healing... you need to raise it lol
I haven't had 1 healing, magery, or magic resistance gain since we started this 4.0 Beta thang.

wow i made a human warrior recently and got to 95 healing in a couple of weeks.. i agree on the others though they become impossible
"the others" were referring to magery, and magic resistance, its kinda ridiculous.

Magery and healing are fine. Resist is BS though.

I know where to train resist, but the problem is that the gains are so screwed its impossible at the moment.

All in all i'm hearing a general understanding of the current system's purpose, so i'm not quite sure what you're looking for judas.
Mages aren't going to get needlessly crippled just because it was that way in the old system.
Poison was rediculously overpowered and was a pretty much required skill for pvp. It'd being reduced to an optional skill, just like all other pvp benefit skills, so that players are not forced into a given build.

Cure is there for mages who don't like taking lots of damage + fizzle. It's not gonna hurt their healing, since it can still fizzle their healing and affects their casting other spells. That's a big enough penalty already, I think.
Just like warriors penalty from poison besides damage is the fact that it affects their heal.
Each group has an additional penalty besides damage.

Quoted for truth, despite the spelling error of "ridiculously".

Mages are already super hard to beat, dont make them stronger.

tanks are easy to beat.... venom isnt LMAO

well subs stats arent good at all, not complete so i drop like a fly on sub sometimes :( so not all tanks are always good and theres things that ANNOOY me if mages do them, but they rarely do them..
so its not tanks that are hard just you not using the right tactics.. same with warriors

Its pretty dumb IMO to say "mages are hard, or tanks are hard/easy." Tanks and warriors can have VERY different stat/skill builds, mages are usually pretty much the same but thats just because people dont choose to mix it up.

Pretty much anyone or any type of build can kill anyone else if they are good enough, and you need to use tactics not based on mage vs warrior or warrior vs tank, but instead use tactics for each individual.
And i suppose you could say that each build has a counter such as;

Warrior > Tank Mage > Warrior
Necro > Mage Warrior > Necro
Tank > Mage

But really those are just in general, you will have an edge with a counter but that doesnt really count for anything if they are more skilled.

Hey, even crappy builds can do pretty well. I remember when i switched from PvM i kept my stats for a while. 170 str macefighting tank, did pretty well. I wasnt great on the offensive but i was a BITCH to kill. And i hit like a f****** beast. Was a really good build for outlasting opponents and also taking big ganks.

ya but im on the other end of the spectrum lol, im not even full to my stat cap LOL

but ya i know, ive killed plenty on this PVM sub zero ;)

when i switch back ill probably do better but i cant be assed... ya know?
i personally think tanks are about learning your character and what works for you best on the offensive side and defensive side, warrior side and mage side...

as everyone knows sub zero never used to wear sheilds and i casted alot....
but now as a PVM i have GM parry, and dont cast as much because its annoying reequiping sheild and sword with that delay shit on it :(

BUT THATS OFF TOPIC!

tanks can be beatin if you do the right things....

--------

as for poison, I was thinking about it and thgs should stay as current...
