Fizzling has been covered in another thread.

But here's the question:

What's the logic behind being able to cast heal through poison?

I seriously didn't catch what the purpose was. Cure spell has become quite obsolete, no? (not to mention slow as hell)

not obsolete at all... go through a battle taking 10 hp every 5-6 seconds
and having the other guy not take that damage... i applaud you if u win

I liked the idea of not being able to heal when poisened but with anat the way bob put it it would be too unbalanced with mages healing that slow and poisen having a little effect on warriors

Chips, you don't know what you're talking about (like usual). If you try to cast cure, you are very likely to either fizzle or just waste your time. But hey, it's you that's always outside doing PvP... =/

yea cure is not used any more because the pots are used now.
IMO cure should be faster and also warriors shouldnt be able to fizzle every spell with a weapon strike

um i cure fine vrs a warrior as well as a mage, instead of standing and sitting there getting fizzled or pinned by a bear, move.. i often use pots,, and those haven't failed me yet. its a fair system curing wise...

and taking personal shots again.. o so credible.. last time i caught you out of town by ur self.. OO U called ur friend!? o ya... but im the one who has no idea how to pvp. you confuse calling friends and ganking with pvp skill...

umm.. chips.. the last time we was out of town, u had an excuse saying that u hadn't your lightning sword and it was broken.. then before u go, me and judas killed u in the bridge,
and when i telekinesis you.. UMMM,,, what i found? yup.. a lightning weapon on ur pack.
i couldnt take it cus u lost -1 at all stats faster.

I can cure poison with a spell or potion just fine. What I don't want is to be waiting on my healing delay AGAIN, because I'm still failing to heal way too often for someone with about 60 healing and the anatomy knowledge of a freak'n brain surgeon.

wow i made a human warrior recently and got to 95 healing in a couple of weeks.. i agree on the others though they become impossible
