there's a problem with your idea.... Your not supposed to be able to see who owns what houses on Obsidian, so putting the owner on the house sign would kind of kill that feature. If you really want to know who owns what house, then use your imagination in the game. Network with people, use some reconnaissance strategies, be manipulative. Being a house PK/Theif is not supposed to be as easy as clicking a sign, and the game world is not large enough for a phone book. |

So for the what, 6 years we've had the sign show who owns the house, all of a sudden he wants it to not show who owns it? Wtf made him come up with that idea.. And I never said anything about pking or looting a house. What if I'm curious? Maybe someone places a house right next to me in bum f*** no where and I wanna know who did such a silly thing? Maybe I baught someone with a player vendor and it had nothing in the bag and I wanna know who owns the vendor? I don't see why we've had this for around 6 years and then all of a sudden it changes. |

Ya know..I said that phone book remark sarcastically, but after thinking about it for a little bit, I don't think it would be hard to link a book to house X and Y coordinates, and players can check or uncheck a box in the book if they want others to see where they live...it would not even need to be a book, it could be a billboard, kind of like the leader board at vasper bank. I think this would be fun, but I'm not sure how many people (when given the choice) would allow everyone else to see where they live. |

lol I think this is a wonderful idea! and I think we could take it a step further and make it have vendor listings? so you could add your "business" to a section of the phone book |

it would be bad ass if obsidian had like an automatic adress book but instead of adresses it could be cords........ and the house signs not showing owner/co is pretty f****** gay, obsidian is starting to be less pvp and more banksitting day by day........ |

Some us still don't have magic.....and don't care to. I think it would just be neat to have the vendor and the coords listed. |
