This is a reminder to everyone to read the rules.txt file in their obsidian folder, usually c:\games\obsidian\rules.txt.
You should also read the rule updates, posted to http://www.dxgaming.com/forums/viewtopi ... 31&t=16506

In particular, the rules on ressurection killing.
The updates on the forum take precedence over the ones in the txt file when they conflict, but both are important to understand.

I do this because i myself re-read them every few months, to ensure i'm enforcing them correctly, as i know it's very easy for people who have been on the shard for a long time to forget which rules are current and which ones were in the past and no longer apply. I made one of those errors earlier today, and as always, staff are failable. I apologize to raptor for my mis-interpretation. It shows i had not re-read them recently enough, and that my temper was rather short, as it has been recently. I am working on it getting better, but it helps if ya'll follow the rules and know which rules you're following.
