Magic reflection doesn't work against postive effect spells or rather not crim flagging spells such as dispel, +str, etc

Not 100% on this (will test more when server is back up)

Reactive armor if totally useless ive never seen it work great on any shard and ive been playing lots of shard i suggest to forget it
