I know there are a few people who mplay here that know a lot of computers and i recently have a reoccuring problem on msn that is annoying the f*** out of me that i can't find an answer for. It seems that i cant use ??? or '''' they show up as e's with an accent. I tried googling the problem but the only solutions that i cam up with are, 1. My keyboard is set to french, which is not the case because i use it fine on here or anywhere else just not on msn. 2. That i possibly had an emoticon set to ? or ' which is not the case either because i checked. I can't find anything in the tools menu and the only solution i have found that works is to update my msn. And that only works for a while and somehow it gets set like that again. Any info someone can give me would be greatly apreciated as it is severly annoying. |

well seeing u typed ??? in ur browser, im guessing it only happens with msn. thus its just a msn prob. hmm id say the classic reinstall lol. if the problem still happens, its just something dissagreeing with msn. it seems to do that with lots of stuff any new programs? / new drivers? like i know windows blinds will freeze up live easily. and crash it. sorry for horrible grammar but ya |

I have uninstalled/reinstalled a few times now it is a temporary fix. It olways seems to have the same result after a while as far as apps etc. i can't really see any that would have any affect on msn but i will have to look a little closer and find out. |

Same problem usually happens with me and when I am on a forum or on facebook/myspace. The way that I usually fix the problem is to re-start my computer and that usually fixes the problem. Yet, most likely you have already tried re-starting your computer, but that's how I usually fixed the reoccurring problem
