ya u do, just simply use .help and leave the tutorial before it finishes i still have a noobied book thats almost full just by buying scrolls or finding them off monsters |

In my experience, the books you by from npc vendors are newbied and anything you find in a drop is not. |

really? even the books from vendors are n00bied? that should not be happening because i have never seen any book bought from an NPC be n00bied. only the ones acquired from creating a new character. |

books dropping as loot is probably a bug. books i bought were never noobed as i remeber.. all items you are created with are noobed if i remeber correct |

ya thats what i thought....when you make a character the items which come with you are n00bied, but i do recall that sometimes they also disappear within a given time (although not always). i have had plenty of n00bied books disappear out of my backpack from time to time

i think that i way to know if ur spellbook is noobed is trying to sell it to vendor if he buy it is not noobed .... maybe u can try it |
