trying to train parry up a little without beating the crap out of zombies, but cant keep myself from attacking. :(

when fighting a group of mobs, i always target the toughest one for obvious reasons.....but it tends to not always attack the targeted mob.....i also strike the other mobs as well which gets me dead faster. :(

ya the targeting system is odd, specially when you click one person, and others attack and you start attacking others,,, and you cant switch back to the one you wanted,,,
ANNOYING!!!!
needs some tweeking,,

but as for not attacking at all falins advice is the best,
you won't attack anything like that

belgarion, the point is with using macros etc is to save finger strain, and life of my mouse buttons. this is the only shard ive seen where you attack multiple mobs at once. maybe if you have over 9000 hp you dont have to worry about the mob hitting you for 35 dmg a hit....but when you have 76 hp.....you tend to want to target the ONE MOB who does the damage. not everybody wants to play with 6 big ass health windows on their screen which are not needed, when i just want to attack the mob i engaged.
i think you are just trolling so please stay out of my threads.

well if your looking at it like that, you want as many creatures atking you as possible....sooo go drag a couple of zombies in a house in gy and parry away!

WTF is the point of playing the game if you want macros to do everything for you? Macroing skills is one thing but now you want programs to hunt for you, heal for you, throw pots for you? Why not just make a script that hunts and pvps for you and you can sit and eat KFC? Oh no not 6 health bars maybe if that is too much you should sell your 1985 13" monitor and buy a new one. Oh and btw I WILL give my opinion on any thread so if you don't like that you can cram that little statement straight up your ass.

Post subject:  Re: auto-attack when attacked/attack behavior

macros have nothing to do with what this topic is about so come off of it. this topic is about being able to keep your target to the one you double clicked. nothing more.

to restart what this thread is about:
i attack monster A because its a bad one. monster B, C, D, and E join in who are useless. instead of attacking monster A my char decides on his own to randomly attack monsters B-E. that is what this topic is about and nothing more. now go troll somewhere else.

the other part is auto-attack when attacked. there should be an option to enable or disable it. i dont want to use uoloop to spam tab, obviously the auto-attack is there for a reason and circumventing it will make bob angry. thats why i made the post.

lock please.

And i gave you the solution to that but it wasn't good enough for you. You don't want to have to click anything you said, so why even play the game if you want the game itself to play for you.

very much agree. i believe macros are okay to assist in some skills that require
constant pushing of one button. but macroing to the point of not playing at
all is silly =[

id listen to belg on this one

Post subject:  Re: auto-attack when attacked/attack behavior

i hate repeating myself....constantly clicking on a window to make sure im attacking the monster i have down to half death should not be required. there should be no reason i should have to click anything because my character randomly attacks something else that moves in. read carefully.

once i attack monster A i should continue to beat him to death. with the current method....it does not do that. my character acts on his own. nowhere in this issue does it mention macroing, i dont use uoloop to play the game. i use ingame macros to play the game.

and all belg is doing is flaming, without even reading. he gave no solution other than "open a bunch of windows".....why? why should i? i dont want those open. i dont need them open. ive tried that and its just the same as double clicking on the monster itself anyway.

and since you want to flame....heres one for you. you said "pull out"....maybe your dad should have "pulled out". thats the 3rd topic youve came into flaming without any relevant information, but plenty of mouthing off.

lock please.

Post subject:  Re: auto-attack when attacked/attack behavior

its annoying to be clicking he same monster with half health to
finish him off, but simply resorting to find macros and scripts to
help u attack for u is a bit "gayish"
