I found that when you are poisoned, you heal alot less than you do when you are not poisoned.

I am GM Healing, I get poisoned and each time I heal I heal around 15 hp, that sucks.
But before I can even begin to think about healing myself, I have to think about the fails that I will encounter on my way to success in healing myself.

I fail more in 1 day, than the number of times I dismount my ride in a month.

So they should make it so if you are poisoned you cure the poison and heal like 50-100 hp? If that was the case they should just get rid of poison and the poisoning skill altogether then. :roll:

I'm saying, if healing through poison only gives you 15 hp half the time, and the success of healing yourself is 45%, then make anatomy easier to gain, it's incredibly hard, or just simply fix the healing fails. You also get int gains out the bumhole when you train anatomy.

I already spelled this out in an old thread, so lets try it again.
Public perception is that you believe what you hear the most, so read this carefully. Because the myths about the new healing system are getting annoying.

This is a fact:

The old healing system failed more.
In fact at it's absolute best, you had a 1 in 6 chance of failure. That's if you did everything right.
At the worst, you would fail fully 50% of the time.

The new system fluctuates between around 1 in 3 at th greatest chance of failure, which most people never stay at.
and caps out at a 1 in 8 chance of failure at everything right.
The new delays are also almost identicle to the old ones, the only difference is now some things up your delay instead of making you fail a heal like they did in the old system.

Less fails all around.


If you don't believe me, i will be more than happy to put your character back on the old healing rate formulas and watch you fail out the wazoo.

Also no whining about anatomy. I already gave people 3 options to make it easier to train, people preferred it the way it is, so it's staying.

I actually never had any problem with anat gains. It diin't even take long to do really. The int gains were a bit harsh but it also didnt take me that much time to get my stats back rthe way i wanted them. But i also have a gm fisher, anyone without that, a shit load of -int, or a bit of gold i would't recommend it.

When i was hunting with spawn in desterd Fully fed and i wasent poisand i failed 10 times in a row on one drake. Spawn failed around the same number of times aswell.

I have noticed a few fails but nowhere near i used to. I can remember failing 6-7 times in a row regularly before.
