I just noticed...back in the old system when i crafted something with tailoring
the price of that item was reflected by my skill (i.e. the higher my skill lvl was
the more it would sell for) Now it seems that no matter the lvl, they all sell at the
same price.

Is this supposed be like those, or can it be changed back to the old system?

Just my thought and wondering about this situation.
