For those who participated in the poll a few days ago, this will confuse them, but here is how that poll determined this.
The LEAST POPULAR option on that poll was the one that got worked on. The reason for this is because that is obviously the least likely to cause an uproar of this isn't perfect or that is perfect, etc. Therefore it provides the best opportunity for the first reintroduction. and gives me chances to evaluate early some assumptions i made concerning how balance is going to work and other ways the interactions are going to work.

and still, are the frost elves capable of learning any skill? like gm them all? wearing any armor?

they're the same graph. The only difference is i didn't include whitespace in that graph, meaning that if a skill is the same for all classes (100 possible points in it), then it's left out.,

no, there not the same graph,
we (well atlesat I) wanted them broke down into what classes can use each skill, 100 skills or skills that everyone can GM can be left out still,
so its really kinda a graph per race, you would put ice elf as title then the collumns would be the class names the skills would be labeling the rows,

eg. ill make one but i know its gonna have wrong info on it, jsut to give you an idea on what we want.
(bout to add graph here in about 20 minutes just gotta make it first)

ps./note: this whole point is void if all races will have the same classes but just different abilities. in which just tell us that and the old post will do

All races have the same class.
race determines their racial abilities.
All races can pick the same classes, except warlock is the only one who can choose the necromancer class.

yes, but isnt there a graph for just race that i thought i saw before...the on that caused the uproar on vampires that cant use archery...here they can.i remember the other chart
