I found out the other day while hunting on my warrior that if you are almost full and then a monster casts curse on you you can't hit, neither bow or melee weapon will work. And if you click their health bar it says" You are too weighted down to do this." This i think needs to be fixed soon.

not a bug you are to heavy and cant move... that is if you see how many stones you are carrying and if its more than you can while cursed

Of course it's a bug. You can still move you can even run away until your stamina runs out, you just can't hit back. Not only is this severly annoying but also hugely exploitable.

also happened to me when i unpolly on my mage
its gonna start spamming ''you are too weighted to do this'' like 10 time a second even if im not trying to do any thing
then i cant cast, heal or move unless i unload all my crap..
the only part that seem to really be a bug is the message spamming to me..
but its kinda hardcore not to be able to do noting at all..

maybe make it so your stamina run out super quick but that you can still do action and cast spells (like strenght or polymorph) while overloaded up to 130-150%?

I'll look into it, it shoudln't be stopping automatic combat such as weapons.

However the rest is intentional. It was either that or make you drop stuff randomly (by lowest value) when you get overweight, i figured this was nicer.

ya dropping random items = hell no, because all a mage has to do is cast curse on a near weight limit warrior and bye bye bandies :O
