Ok, I replaced my bouse and unpacked. Problem is that I can't lock down the fence. Says item is not in the house. only things I can lock are in the house, on the porch or on the steps.

A) What type of house is it?
B) Sure you're standing inside the house zone when trying to lock something down?

Its a two story villa.
I can stand next to patio and lock something down on the patio. But from same spot can not lock something down on ground righ beside patio. Message says item is not in the house.
