Hahah yeah I wasn't even going to watch it. Then, I got sucked into watching a corpse named Tom Petty at the half-time show and ended up watching the rest of the game. I don't even really like football as compared to say... hockey and I only halfway keep up with my own states team. I didn't know who was in the SB this year until yesterday... but maaaaan oh maaan was it great to see that cocky pretty boy Brady LOSE!!!!!!!

even as a coach u gets surprised sometiimes

most strategy in a sport backed with the most skilled players of any sport

I'd like to see a football player on skates, on ice in full gear and see him score a goal....Hardest hitting sport ever and it takes a lil more skill than running a ball down field.And if you don't think strategy is involved maybe you need to go see a hockey game or sit in on a practice at your school.
I'ts not as easy as you may think.

1) I lived in new jersey most of my life so i watched plenty hockey and trust me there ISN'T as much strategy
2) skating isn't as hard as running threw 300 pound trained athletes then head up with Brian Urlacher believe me and no hockey player hits like Brian Urlacher go watch the highlights

and if you think hockey has more strategy then football you need to go threw all the stats and % of players/stats at even a highschool level
it's a game of percentages often compared to chess in which no single group of coaches or players perfected ( in the day of the salary cap)

lol this is a terrible sport, only reason i watched some of it was coz i had money on it against a few friends & i won £400 (about $800 or so) betting on the apparent under dogs :)

It wont mean a bloody thing to any of ya's, coz your all misguided fools :D :lol: But i do have to admit i seem to be watching US Footy a lot more recently coz friend of mine plays it & is a big fan, tis too bad hockey doesnt get more coverage here tbh because i just like watching sports - except Golf ( <--- is not a real sport :P ) & that abomination we invented called Cricket meh...

Question though, throughout a regular season - how often does a US Footy side play, once a week?

Ya especially when they say that Cricket is a dangerous sport due to the pitcher throwing the ball. Sometimes the pitcher can actually miss and nail u in the crotch. lol.

Heh yea, any game that goes on for 5 days or so - between the same 2 sides imo cannot be worth watching. It can be called off because of 'bad light conditions' and rain....wtf is that...and stopping for 'Tea' :!: what type of shit is that lol :roll:

:D many years ago when still at school when they'd forced up to play, part of the fun was in trying to hit the other dude with the ball (which if you've ever held one is absolutely solid) ...thus helmet, shin pads, gloves, and most importantly a box/cup.

thing about hockey which is pretty cool but god it is so damn boring ya know.

pretty much soccer on ice at least as far as how totally f****** boring both are. yeah they are both really tough sports and ok to watch. but most of the athletes are far inferior to the nfl players.

i agree that a lot of the nfl players need to learn how to be tough like the soccer and hockey guys who have second rate talent but big hearts. then again if urlacher hit a soccer player he would probably just vanish in a cloud of dust.

and chips i been a g-men fan since before you were born brah it is our time now finally after 7 fng years we finally got back to the show but this time won it. thats 3 lets see how many times eli can take us to the promise land war big blue.
