Post subject:  Account Startup Problem
HI

I've tried to register an account for the Obsidian shard under the account username "Digger", however, I have received no email giving the password to my email address. I've waited a number of days for this (3 or 4, I suppose) and would like to find out if I've been overlooked or what to do in order to fix the problem.

Yes, the account is not found, and yet if I try to register the account I get this message: "The email is already in use for another account, please try another one." I don't know how can both be true simultaneously, but there we go.

Currently the Emailing System for lost password is a bit broken. You would have to pm a gm to get a acc or someone have a old one to spare.

i had the same problem last night, make sure your name is not case sensitive

the name is never key sensitive. ur username will be all lower case no matter how u wrote it.

its been fixed, i got my account to work...

lower case / case sensitive = dont use capital letters

i've been on for over a week now.

I am also having this problem...I know the account is there but my email wont recieve mails from the obsidian shard. I sent a pm to one of the admins day or two ago....still nothing...

Hi, i am having same problem, tried doing it a few times even with my brother to make his own account but no luck.
