definately NOT fake...you can tell from the body language.....the guy subduing the offender was sickened at touching the blood and had genuine concern about disease.....also, you couldn't pay me enough to act like that big of a pussy on film.....man they suck! Another point, usually for this kind of thing people overact...noone was melodramatic, they mroe seemed liked they were in shock and didnt know what to do.
