I've no problems with allowing this. The best thing to do would be to use another PC (eg friend, library, college) to create another account.

PM me with both account names, and I will post in the staff forum along with your IP so that staff are aware the accounts are for too different people.

HOWEVER, if by watching your usage/behavioural/playing patterns we have evidence that you are SHARING the accounts (multiaccounting) then they will BOTH be banned. Immediately.

Dont forget some people have hosts with dynamic IP's and their IP's change constantly.

Even hosts with Dynamic IP's dont necessarily change often. Most of our players are on a dynamic IP service, and yet IP's are generally consistant. Even if they do change, it would be very close within the range usually.

My IP changes every month, or every time I unplug the modem

I never unplug my modem. I have my old Linksys ADSL router acting as a modem (bridged) connected to an extremely leet D-link DGL-4300 gaming router. My house is wireless 24/7.
