Every once and awhile the ping will spike up that high, but you're definately not getting that kind of lag unless you've got some sort of download, or something else on the connection. |

Yeah, over the summer, my parents had sattelite internet, which I would only recommend getting if that's your last option. My ping was usually as high as 460ish, but now that I'm on cable internet, my normal ping is between 30 and 60, so it may in part be the ISP, and maybe some excess processes working in the background taking up a lot of network processing space... I'm just guessing here

Anyway, dxgaming.com is NOT game server. You'd want to ping/tracert obsidianshard.com for that. And don't know what patcher pings, but it was showing wank to me (mostly way lower ping than my actual is). Sucks Ducky. :( |
