I was thinking of holding an event mainly for newbies but to get them out of brit bank and have fun while they are doing it. I know I cannot limit other players from participating, but would like to see mainly newbies participate in it.
The following is the premise:
1) I will gather the interested players in a starting location (perhaps brit bank or vesper bank)
2) I will give players 15 mins to prepare for the event
This includes making alliences, gathering needed equipment etc
(I may sell bags of poison pots and wall pots or something during the prep time for those who do not have easy access to alchemists)
3) I will go out of town on one of my characters, probably TheHound or Binford, and have a designated friend of mine announce the start of the event, and a clue as to the location my character has gone to.
4) Everyone will scramble to find me and pk me, and one of the things I will guranteed to have on me is a brand new gmed verite set.
5) Once someone grabs the loot, don't let them get away, just because they were quicker than you at grabbing a bag doesn't mean they are quicker than you at healing through your fs or poison and sword/bow attacks!
Anyways give your opinions on this rather crudely constructed event.
