yo just base it simply on karma... anything under -50 (cus of newbs who might think game is about killing other people so it shouldnt be anything under 0...) so make it like criminal = -50 and under and not criminal= -50 and above or something like that...

ok i think its all good for there to be slow decays and all and definitely fix up the kill counts for order v chaos
(this isnt exactly on topic but wut is on this last page?)
but i think that when u die even ppl in ur guild can have the little *u see him looting ur body of u* for ex in gy like brit gy where lootin is illegal
if no one is near u, u cant have proof on a screenshot unless the idiot says im looting u! im looting u! in brit gy!!!

if you cant trust your own guildmates then either you or them shouldnt be in the guild imo. its very handy when you die in a place and cant res to have a guildmate loot you to save your stuff.

I beg to differ. If someone is looting my body, I want to know it, guild member or not. If they are a guildmember, I will know that my stuff is safe with a buddy  , if not, I know to PM someone to kick their thieving arse  ! And even as good as guildmates are, there is always the possibility that a "bad seed" could get into the guild. They let DeathDealer in after all  ...lol

I've looted people's corpses a few times, on their request. Orin springs to mind...Or was it Cuch...I think I've looted both of them at some point, to stop their items decaying.

I know that during guildwars if you get looted it doesn't say that you see them looting your body. I don't really care anyways, I think it's better that way so when they get really pissed off and come after you you can just be like..."It wasn't me" - Shaggy.
