It is when you increase the number of people from Washington on the shard by 50% XD I have to admit that the east side is better though

I've noticed that as your skill gets higher, you tend to fish up less real "items" like hats and knives and stuff, but get more small fish and Oysters... not sure if thats exactly what you're asking for

yea, that worked fine  glad to hear that to cos I dont like all them hats and daggers that ends up in my inventory by misstake after a while.
