Basically the only advantage to being neutrally aligned is so you can gank and when someone steps in to help their friend who is being ganked then they get guarded. When wolfpack had alot of members they did that all the time. Then when primal aligned them order 3/4 of them quit.

But not run from you out of town on your fighter char and then kill your crafter intown.
