dont see how its not a bug, please do explain,,,,

so you cast heal on your self and use bandies while timer is still counting down for the spell to hit you, and you fail to heal with bandies, the spell hits you, then but you still gain no HP, so u did all that, and gained 0 HP if u failed the bandie heal
and if u successfully bandie heal, you the spell is still nulled so u still gain no HP past ur bandies,

i dont see how that isnt a bug...
