oh ok, i wasnt thinking of the mana increases u get with gm med..
so if med controls ur fail rate + the mana u recieve wtf does eval int do?

Eval int is supposed to give you an added bonus to your spells (damage spells); its like anatomy.

This skill adds bonuses to the success rate of meditation, and cutting its delay in half (unless your a necro)

Bob mentioned eval int in another thread. If I remember correctly its like a couple threads below this. I can look but from what I have heard eval int has nothing to do with meditation anymore.

Remember, I might be mixing things up. So far I havent seen a lot of use in eval int with meditation.

Increases strength of spells in OSI Ultima Online. It also will display the mental information of your target, like Anatomy displays the physical information.
