Do Guilds still have to "accept" to be at war with another guild? I haven't checked, but if so, does that not defeat the object of declaring war?

I say this because some guilds, let us not mention who, are both aligned and not, there are 2 guild stones, one of which is neutral. So, these fools claim to be in the same guild but aren't.

Wars should not have to be accepted mutually. Guilds should not be allowed neutral versions.

Actually that is entirely the point of the war declarations.
A war is both sides entering into on agreeable terms. Since it is an agreement and all the paperwork is filed with the lord, then all the kills are considered duels of honor under the law of the land, and therefore no one is convicted of murder.

If you want to commit ritualistic slaughter on a guild who does not wish to fight back, then that's different than an actual war, and you will get kills for it.

Did Afghanistan (or the Lord of that guild lol) accept Guildmaster George W's declaration?

Surely, declaring war against a crafter's guild would be immature. But on a PvP guild it would be just fair.

Uh...we didn't technically declare war, and we didn't go to war with Afghanistan as a whole. The US attacked Al Qaeda...which could technically be declared a guild. But we didn't go after the Afghanies...And I like Froot Loops. :)

of course theres always side casualty (which happen to be the main causalities in this war)
and ya, its litterally a war on terrorism, or a country vrs specialist group....
